Job Summary: The Intake and Outreach Supervisor is responsible for managing the client-referral sources dyad. In addition, s/he develops and implements outreach strategies to engage and build community partnerships, raises awareness of available programs and services, and represents the organization at community events and meetings. Please note that this is not a remote position 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead outreach to targeted assigned areas
  • Complete a minimum of 12 daily visits to community settings/referral sources.
  • Attend a minimum of 2 weekend activities per month.
  • Build relationships with referral sources local to our varying service locations.
  • Proactively schedule and execute weekly phone calls
  • Consistently deliver community outreach materials to foster sustained connection
  • Plan and attend presentations, workshops, community meetings/events, and health fairs.
  • Manage and generate reports using databases and applications
  • Monitor and track referrals received from site visits
  • Respond to inquiries for services through website submissions, phone calls/voicemails
  • Communicate Achieve Beyond's program scope to families, community staff, and referral partners as part of our outreach strategy.

Qualifications and other requirements:

  • Bilingual Spanish/English a must.
  • Must have a valid NY State Driver's License and a Car
  • Must have 2-3 years' relevant relevant background in Early Intervention or Early Childhood Development
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Ability to build credibility and trust with others
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; the ability to interact with a broad spectrum of people.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented with excellent work ethic.
  • Must be available to work at least 2 weekend days per month

Physical Requirements of the Role: 

  • Occasionally ascends/descends stairs going to, while at, or leaving work location or facilities traveled to for work events.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time up to 90% of the workday working on a computer/electronic device.
  • The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
  • The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

Compensation: $80,000. This is a full-time salaried exempt position  

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm. Must be available to work at least 2 weekend days per month.  This is not a remote position.
